Through the program, sponsorship is granted to the children and relatives of employees who have been recognized for their work performance and business culture, consisting of full payment for their studies, 1 and a half years of internship in any of the company’s operations. With the “We are a single team” program we enhance the capabilities of our community leaders through training and workshops. This program includes workshops on good agricultural practices, product improvement and good use of resources.

In 2010, we launched the Youth Labor Training Program (CLJ) with the objective of contributing to the employability of young people who, for various reasons, cannot access technical higher education and, therefore, cannot enter the formal labor sector. The training is provided both in the Alicorp plants and in the classrooms of the SENATI institute, a strategic partner in this program. Since its inception, more than 1,700 young people have graduated as operators in Food Industries at Alicorp.

Tisur Premia Tu Esfuerzo” is a program through which we give a prize to the children of our collaborators who have excelled in their studies, obtaining first or second place at the school level or who are in the fifth or upper third at the technical or academic. The program also provides a financial bonus to parents who have encouraged their children to be better every day.

Taking into account the needs of the local labor market, we have been granting comprehensive study scholarships to young people with limited economic resources who have satisfactorily completed their studies. We have more than 50 scholarship holders in maintenance mechanics, accounting and computing careers.
