Romero Foundation

Romero Foundation

Because we are a big family, we are committed to the well-being and growth of the families of Peru.

Why do we promote entrepreneurship?

135 years ago, Mr. Calixto Romero Hernández arrived in Catacaos, Piura, and with a business selling toquilla straw hats he started what is today one of the most important business groups in the country: the Romero Group.

From the Romero Foundation we want to bring the values of our founder preserved through five generations to Peruvian families, so that they have a success story to tell. And we do it by giving them our business experience, through continuous training programs that boost their employability, and helping them overcome the most difficult moments with our solidarity projects.
